Preparing for the
future of work.
Professor Omoseni Adepoju helps organizations navigate the biggest challenge of our time: preparing people for jobs that don't yet exist. Because technology doesn't fail, unprepared people do.
Corporate Programs
Capacity Building
Having successfully trained over 2,000 professionals across Africa, my corporate programs focus on strategic HR, digital transformation, and executive readiness.
See Past Projects →Background.
With over 15 years working across industry and academia, I have built a reputation for turning complex technological disruption into actionable workforce strategies. I hold a PhD in Management Science with an emphasis on Human Capacity Development from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
Before entering academia full-time, I spent a decade in hospital administration. It was there I learned firsthand a fundamental truth that guides my work today: systems no matter how advanced succeed or fail entirely based on the people running them. Today, I am proud to serve as Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Lead City University, while continuing my active consulting practice across Nigeria, South Africa, and Ghana.
