As part of a multi-year engagement that dates back to 2020, this 2025 initiative focused on equipping the administrative staff of Lead City University with the leadership skills needed to drive institutional excellence.

01. The Challenge

Educational institutions are undergoing rapid transformation. Adapting traditional administrative roles to the demands of a modern, fast-evolving university requires a shift in mindset. The challenge was to move staff away from siloed working habits and foster a highly collaborative, leadership-driven culture at all levels of administration.

02. The Approach

Behavioural Mapping

Helping administrative staff identify their leadership styles and understand their impact on team dynamics.

Reinforcing corporate ethics and professionalism within the university workspace.

Operating under the theme "Building a Culture of Excellence in University Administration," we designed and facilitated an intensive two-day workshop. The methodology centered on linking individual leadership behaviours to overall team culture. We built upon previous training modules such as 'Teamwork in the Era of Automation' (2021) and 'Corporate Ethics' (2023) to provide a holistic developmental journey for the staff.
