Invited to the NIOAIMI Biennial Conference in 2024, we delivered a national-level facilitation addressing the unseen psychological demands of modern administration.

The session moved away from traditional task-management advice and instead focused deeply on cognitive and behavioural frameworks. We provided actionable models for Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Social Intelligence (SQ), teaching delegates how to read organizational room dynamics, de-escalate workplace friction, and manage their own stress responses.
